Design Project Terms:

For design projects, we require an advance payment of 50% of the total project cost after the trial design phase. Upon completion of the project, the remaining 50% of the payment must be settled before the final deliverables are released.

Development Project Terms:

For development projects, we initiate the creation of a pre-production environment on our servers. The final delivery of the project will be made upon receipt of payment for the invoice issued. Once the invoice is settled, you will gain access to the completed project.

Social Media Management Terms:

For social media management services, we require payment in advance to commence work on your pages and social media accounts. This advance payment ensures the allocation of resources and initiation of services.

General Terms:

1. Scope of Services: Our services encompass design, development, and social media management as outlined in the project specifications.
2. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided shall remain the exclusive property of EDGENOVA LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply.
5. Limitation of Liability: EDGENOVA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
